The Manitoba Wheelchair Sport Association has announced a unique multi-sport summer camp experience to take place this August in Winnipeg. The 'Mini-Paralympics' will take place at a variety of locations and include wheelchair basketball among other activities. The week long camp will run from August 13-17, 2012 and kids will have the chance to try out numerous paralympic sports including, wheelchair rugby, wheelchair tennis, wheelchair basketball, rowing, sailing, and sitting volleyball. Transportation between sport Manitoba and the sport venues will be provided to the campers and includes a t-shirt, pizza lunch on the last day, and all activities throughout the 5 day camp.
