The 2011 Basketball Manitoba Super Coaches Clinic Grand Prize Winner Jake Vezeau (pictured receiving his award from Adam Wedlake and Jay Triano) recently returned from the NIKE Championship Coaches Clinic in Las Vegas in May. The event is billed as the world's largest basketball coaches clinic. Darrell was the grand prize winner from last fall's Super Coaches Clinic held in Winnipeg which attracted 375 coaches. The Las Vegas NIKE Championship Basketball Clinic is the largest event of its kind and traditionally draws the 'who's who' of the NCAA coaching ranks. The 2012 Basketball Manitoba Super Coaches Clinic will take place at the University of Manitoba and will run October 19-20 and will feature Rick Torbett and Allan Stein as headliners.
