Kirkfield Westwood CC at 165 Sansome Avenue in Winnipeg has announced that it will be hosting a 3on3 basketball tournament on its new outdoor basketball court on June 1-3. Fee is $75 a team of as many as 5 people. Games will be played to 25 minutes or the first team to 25 points. Deadline to register is May 28. All money raised will be going towards growing opportunities international to build hero home – a home for street children and orphans in Tanzania. There will be a canteen with food and drinks for you to buy as well as a free throw and three point shooting contest. First place teams and winners of the shooting contest will be awarded prizes.
