Insahyu Training and Therapy of Winnipeg is offering basketball specific speed training sessions for girls in grades 9-12 beginning April 27, 2011. The ten week program will run Wednesday nights from 8:00 - 9:30 pm at Brooklands School (1950 Pacific Ave W) and includes a training log, individual training skills and a resistance training program.
