In its second year, the SnoBalls of Fury tournament brings together student groups to participate in a lighthearted game of basketball, while promoting and advocating their group's initiatives and activities.

“This event provides students with an opportunity to engage in dialogue and to meet one another while promoting intramurals and building school spirit on campus,“ said Lana Hastings, UWSA VP Student Services. “It is about time we fill those basketball stands with students.”

"Last year was a riot!" said Caleigh Christie, President of the Geography and Environmental Students' Association (GESA), who made it to the semi-final round before losing to the Students of Science Association (SOSA). "Everyone present had good things to say about the event. It was a great opportunity for student groups to interact with each other and for students to learn more about activities on campus."
