Manitoba's Provincial Teams were in Kansas and Chicago over the weekend
representing the province at two large AAU and MAYB basketball
tournaments.  Our Juvenile Boy's team ended up going 7-0 and winning
the 16-17 Boys division!
The 15U Boys saw 5 competitive games and
fared with a 2-3 record.  The Juvenile girl's in Chicago went 5-2 finishing 2nd in their pool.  The 15U Girl's finished 1-5, but were competitive in all their games.  Two weekend's
ago, both of Manitoba's 15U teams placed 3rd in their respective
divisions at the Prairie Dog Classic in Saskatoon.  These
tournaments are acting as 'warm-up' tournaments for the teams as they
gear up for Nationals in August.  The third weekend of July, Manitoba's
Juvenile teams are in Minneapolis, followed by hosting the Manitoba
Invitational Tournament over the August long weekend at the University
of Winnipeg.  The specific game results from Chicago & Kansas were...
