The JCC Maccabi Games is an Olympic-style sporting competition held each summer in North America and is the largest organized sports program for Jewish teenagers in the world. The JCC Maccabi Games contribute to the maintenance and the enrichment of Jewish identity and the development of democratic values and leadership. Jewish boys and girls between the ages of 13 to 16 years as of July 31, 2007 are eligible to compete.


This year’s Winnipeg delegation will be participating in the Orange
County, California  JCC Maccabi Games
which are being held August 12 – 17th , 2007.
