Adrianna Proulx has been an active member of the basketball community all around the province of Manitoba for almost 15 years. She graduated high school from R.D Parker Collegiate (Thompson) and was a player for the Provincial Team programs growing up, capturing a national title with the 2014 17U Team Manitoba. 

In high school, she was coached by Bobcat alum Sara Gillis at Thompson’s R.D. Parker Collegiate, where they won a Manitoba AAA Provincial Championship.  She was ranked #7 in the Winnipeg Sun Top 10 of Manitoba players in her senior year of high school.

She continued on to play post-secondary basketball at Brandon University (U-Sport) and graduated with her Bachelor of Physical Education Studies as well as her Bachelor of Education Degree. She was an academic all-Canadian in her final two years. 

She finished her 94-game career with the Bobcats in 2022, averaging 8.5 ppg, 4.2 RPG in 22 mpg.  She began coaching with the Targeted Athlete Program in the fall of 2022.   

Adrianna has, over the years, helped coach up North in her hometown of Thompson, assisting with camps and helping coach the girls club basketball program. While attending University, she coached the Junior Bobcats program for both boys and girls aged 8-18 for five years. 

Now in Winnipeg, she is helping coach the 18U TAP program while also head coaching the Winnipeg Minor Dodgeball League and is currently teaching at Sturgeon Heights Collegiate.
