Basketball Manitoba Welcomes Sabado Basketball League (SBL) as New Members

Basketball Manitoba is pleased to welcome the Sabado Basketball League of Winnipeg as its newest member league! The SBL is an adult basketball league which operates out of Red River College. All league members will now be covered under the Basketball Manitoba Accident and Liability Insurance program.

The league operates a number of seasons through the year and is soon concluding its summer league later this month. More information on the league can be found at https://www.sabadoleague.ca/

Basketball Manitoba is dedicated to the promotion and development of basketball in Manitoba! We are the governing body of the sport in Manitoba and want to get you involved as a player, coach, official, volunteer or fan! TOGETHER WE GROW BASKETBALL!

Basketball Manitoba would like to acknowledge that we live, work and play on traditional Indigenous territories and Treaty Lands 1, 2, 3 and 5 across Manitoba. We wish to express our gratitude to Mother Earth and for the resources we are using including the land, water and air, and honour and recognize all the First Nation, Metis and Inuit people who have been living on the land.
