    15U Male Assistant Coach - Chiranjit Goswami

    Chiranjit Goswami began coaching basketball in 1995 at Acadia Junior High. While attaining his NCCP Coaching Certification, Chiranjit continued coaching at various levels, including regionals, WMBA districts, and high school programs. After helping the FRC JV Girls win the 2010 JV Provincial Championship, Chiranjit was recognized as the MBCA JV Girls Coach of the Year, alongside his FRC colleagues. After five seasons helping coach the Varsity Boys team at Miles Macdonell Collegiate, Chiranjit currently devotes his time as an assistant coach for the Varsity Boys team at Dakota Collegiate.

    In 2007, Chiranjit began his involvement with the Winnipeg Wolves Basketball Club, where his Wolves Boys teams have since captured five Club Provincial Championships. Through the Wolves program, Coach Goswami has helped develop athletes who have enjoyed success on provincial teams, US & Canadian junior colleges, U-Sports programs, NCAA programs, and Team Canada. Chiranjit currently coaches the Winnipeg Wolves Varsity Boys program and serves as the club's Director of Operations.

    While Head Coach of the Manitoba 14U Boys Provincial team, Coach Goswami guided Team Manitoba to a Silver Medal at the 2011 Western Canada Summer Games. In 2015, Chiranjit was the Assistant Coach for the Manitoba 16U Boys Provincial team that won another WCSG Silver Medal. Chiranjit has also held a position on the Basketball Manitoba Board of Directors since 2016.
