Basketball Manitoba is pleased to offer all Manitobans an opportunity
to attend a referee certification clinic in their region of the
province. The MABO Rural Officials Clinics are designed to improve
the overall level of officiating in all regions of Manitoba at all
levels of the game.
These clinics will cover such aspects as FIBA game rules, floor mechanics,
hand signals, referee philosophy and more. Upon completion, you will be
a certified "MABO Level 1 Official", by the Manitoba Association
of Basketball Officials (MABO). Those that become certified will be
eligible to officiate at the school basketball level in their region.
To register for a MABO Rural Officials Clinic you must be 15 years of age the year of the clinic.
