Welcome to our web site!

Basketball Manitoba is the Provincial Sport Governing Body for basketball in the province of Manitoba. Managed by a Board of 10 Directors elected by its members, the Board is tasked with ensuring that all Manitobans have access to the programs run by the association and that the game of basketball is enjoyed by as many people possible!

Board of Directors
All Members of the Basketball Manitoba Board of Directors are responsible for upholding its Mandate and the statements appearing in the Constitution. Each member holds one vote when present at an official meeting of the Board of Directors with exception to the President who only votes in the case of a tie. Members of the Board attend monthly meetings (traditionally the last Thursday of the month), Assist the Association at fundraising and special events, and maintain the portfolio specific to their duties assigned. Office Location
Basketball Manitoba's office is located in room 222 in the Sport Manitoba building, which is located at 200 Main Street (at York Ave.) in Downtown Winnipeg. Office hours are Monday through Friday between 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.  The office is closed for all statutory holidays.
