Norquay Community Centre and the City of Winnipeg Recreation Services have announced they will be hosting a 3 on 3 Basketball Tournament at the club on Monday July 31. There will be two age divisions offered for children ages 12-14 and 15-17 with a maximum of 4 people per team. Check-in will be at 12pm
