Thanh Ong graduated from the University of Manitoba in 2001 with a Bachelors of Medical Rehabilitation of Physical Therapy. After graduation he has worked at several private physiotherapy clinics including the Pan Am Clinic for over 10 years.
Thanh has always been an avid sports fan and athlete. He played basketball in high school and then in a senior men’s league while in university. To keep active he has participated in ultimate frisbee and most recently touch football in city leagues. His passion for sports and his knowledge of rehabilitation permits him to relate first hand with athletes. It also allows him to deliver evidence-based practices This means that his services include current, innovative techniques and personalized exercise programs allowing patients to return to sport safely.
Thanh opened up Bridgwater Physiotherapy in 2014. He offers direct billing to Manitoba Blue Cross, Manitoba Public Insurance (MPI) and the Worker’s Compensation Board (WCB).
