The 48th Annual Coca Cola Wesmen Classic will be taking place on December 27-30 in the Dr. David F. Anderson Gymnasium at the Duckworth Centre. Tournament passes are now available online for the low price of $25.00. In conjunction with the Classic, the following events will be held prior to December 27th. The Inner City Girl's Classic and Exhibition Game (December 8) and the adidas Jr. Varsity Classic (December 12-13).

The Metro News High School Boys Classic will take place from Saturday, December 27 to Tuesday, December 30. The event will feature eight of the top high school varsity boys basketball teams in Winnipeg. 

The Coca-Cola University Men's Classic will take place from Sunday, December 28 to Tuesday, December 30. The highly competitive event will feature eight teams, including the host Winnipeg Wesmen. All the action will take place in the Dr. David F. Anderson Gymnasium inside the Duckworth Centre.

Tournament passes are available online for the low price of $25.00. Passes are also available for purchease at the Duckworth Customer Service Centre on December 22 and 23. Passes will also be available for purchase on the opening day of the Classic on Saturday, December 27 (beginning at 9:00 a.m.)

The Coca-Cola University Men's Classic
The Coca Cola University Men's Classic consists of the host team Winnipeg Wesmen and teams from Manitoba, Brandon, Alberta, Calgary, Regina, Lakehead and NAIT (Northern Alberta Institute of Technology). The Coca Cola University draw begins play on Sunday, December 28th and wraps up with the "Championship Final" on Tuesday, December 30th at 8:00 p.m.


The Metro News High School Boys Classic
The Metro News High School Classic draw will once again feature eight of the top varsity boy's teams from across Winnipeg. The four time defending Wesmen Classic Champions, the Garden City Fighting Gophers will be joined by Oak Park, Kelvin, Glenlawn, John Taylor, Sturgeon Heights, Kildonan East and Maples. The Metro News High School draw begins on Saturday, December 27th and concludes with the Championship Final on Tuesday, December 30th at 6:00 p.m.
Garden City - St. Paul's To Meet In JV Boy's Final
The adidas Junior Varsity Boys Final will take place on Saturday, December 27th at 7:30 p.m. The game will feature the Garden City Fighting Gophers taking on the St. Paul's Crusaders. Garden City reached the Championship Final with a 72-57 victory over the Vincent Massey Trojans while the Crusaders defeated the Fort Richmond Centurions 59-33 in their semi final match up.

Ticket Information:Tournament passes are on sale online and  at the Duckworth Customer Service Centre (Main Level, Duckworth Centre) until 6:00 pm on December 22nd. The University of Winnipeg will re-open for the Classic at 9:00 am on December 27th. Tickets are available for purchase during the tournament.

Tournament passes are $25.00, and are valid for all games.  Day passes are available on game days only.  Prices for day passes are as follows:

Dec. 27    $5.00 (5 games - 4 high school, 1 junior varsity final)
Dec. 28    $10.00 (6 games - 4 university, 2 high school)
Dec. 29    $10.00 (6 games - 4 university, 2 high school,)
Dec. 30    $12.00 (7 games - 4 university, 3 high school)
