Congratulations go out to former Basketball Manitoba Program Coordinator Heather (Booy) and Mike Hildebrand on the birth of their first child last week! Carter Hildebrand was born November 13, weighing 7.9 lbs and 20" long. Mom and baby are doing great! Congrats to the Hildebrand's!
