ROUND 10 Action wraps up the regular season of the Basketball Manitoba Women's Summer League - Game 1 - 17U 72 Elite 64, Leading scorer for 17U was Jasmine Ibrahim with 21 points while the leading scorer for Elite was Stephanie Gill with 15 points. Game 2 - Stars 88 Juniors 60, Leading scorer for Stars was Patti Parker with 23 points and the leading scorer or Juniors was Alex Mac Iver with 16 points. Game 3 - U of W 59 U of M 46, Leading scorer for U of W was Megan Noonan with 16 points while the leading scorer for U of M was Stephanie Gill with 16 points.
With the regular season games complete, the league will host medal games and the fith place game, Tuesday July 30 at the University of Manitoba's Investors Group Athletic Centre starting with the fifth place game at 6:00pm between Team Elite (3-7) and The Juniors (2-8). The Bronze Medal game will tip off at 7:20pm between the University of Manitoba Bisons (5-5) and the 17U Canada Games Provincial Team (4-6). The Gold Medal game will tip at 8:40pm and feature a match-up of the two best records in the league both with 8-2 records, University of Winnipeg Wesmen (8-2) vs. The Stars (8-2).
